One-pan turkey and potato skillet with vegetables.

1 pound ground turkey
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 1/2 teaspoon oregano
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 pound potatoes, dice small
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
8 ounce tomato sauce
1/2 cup water

Heat a large skillet on medium high. Once hot, add turkey and cook through. Stir in 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder, and 1/2 tsp oregano. Remove from skillet.

Add oil to skillet and heat on medium high. Once hot, add the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until potatoes are browned.

Reduce heat to medium. Add turkey, tomato sauce, water, garlic, and remaining herbs to the skillet. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
