1 tablespoon brown sugar
7 ounce marshmallow cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
8 ounce cream cheese

Mix together cream cheese and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy

Beat the brown sugar into the cream cheese mixture and add the marshmallow cream

While mixing, gradually add the heavy cream, continuing to beat until the mixture is smooth and fluffy

Fold in or beat in the mini chocolate chips, just until combined
