Argentinian Steak
Marinated steak strips cooked in a cast iron skillet with citrus and soy sauce.

1 pound steak
667/1000 cup olive oil
1/2 cup orange juice
333/1000 cup lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
6 clove garlic
2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients except the steak together in a bowl to make the marinade.

Cut the steak into roughly 1/2" strips and add to the marinade. Put in the fridge for several hours.

Take steak out from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle with coarse salt.

Preheat a cast iron skillet on high. Add steak strips to pan and cook for about a minute per side.
